Neil A. Johnson
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerNeil is responsible for the overall operations and long-range planning for the firm, including writing and verbalizing strategy internally and to outside investors. Under his leadership Provender has grown to be the largest FRIB investor/ operator in the country. Through the course of his career, Neil has recorded a strong track record over several billion in investments more than two hundred transactions and has been an active investor and manager in Industrial, Office, R&D and Retail assets throughout the United States.
Prior to founding Provender Partners, Neil opened and managed the Northern California office for Westcore Properties and served as the Vice President, Acquisitions & Development with Legacy Partners Commercial, LLC where he was responsible for sourcing new acquisitions in the Bay Area and Seattle regions with a focus on office and industrial product. Neil also served as Assistant Vice President, Capital Markets Group for AEW Capital Management where he was responsible for West Coast dispositions and financings that included both brokered and direct transactions.
Neil is a Business Finance graduate of California State University, Fullerton. When Neil isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, golf, track driving and is an avid fly fisherman.
