  • Wine storage and/ or conditioned warehouse buildings

Preferred Building Attributes

  • High percentage of freezer, cooler or food processing improvements
  • Low coverage to allow for higher density uses
  • Above standard power
  • Locations in / or servicing major population centers
  • Access to robust sewer system / floor drains
