Vice President Acquisitions & LeasingEddie is very involved with acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions. He is “front-line” in evaluating potential acquisitions and new and renewing leases. Eddie works closely with the finance department in developing financial models and assessing their viability before presenting to senior management and potential investors.
Eddie received his B.S. of Business Administration in Financial Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s Orfalea College of Business. He previously worked with a prominent development company as an assistant project manager on multiple real estate development projects throughout Southern California.
Outside of the office, Eddie is passionate about travel and enjoys spending time on the golf course and with friends and family.
