Shanda Pastor
ControllerShanda has more than 20 years of experience in real estate accounting and is responsible for directing and coordinating all operational accounting functions and providing management with information central to the decision-making process. She oversees evaluating accounting control systems, regulatory reporting requirements, budgeting, and the monitoring of business performance metrics.
Prior to joining Provender Partners, Shanda worked for several REIT’s and private real estate investment firms in the greater Los Angeles area. In addition, she owned an accounting advisory firm which specialized in a broad array of contracted accounting services for commercial real estate investment and management companies.
Shanda has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina and resides in Newport Beach with her husband, two daughters, and labradoodle.
