Raymond V. Thuong
Senior Financial AnalystRay works closely with the acquisitions, finance and asset management teams and is responsible for the preparation and interpretation of cash flows and returns. He is heavily involved throughout the underwriting process, providing insight and meaningful analysis that are critical to making investment decisions.
Ray previously held positions in FP&A where he developed and maintained complex financial models used for reporting and forecasting.
He graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Business Finance. When not at work, Ray enjoys playing golf, and trail running with his Belgian Malinois.
