Trish Y. Alanis
Asset ManagerTrish is responsible for the oversight of property management operations, including budgets, lease administration, capital improvements, and property performance standards for the company’s holdings. She is also responsible for tenant and vendor relations. Trish brings over 25 years of diverse commercial real estate experience including leasing, property management, development, strategic planning, acquisitions, and dispositions and is well known in the industry.
Before joining Provender Partners, Trish’s commercial real estate experience included senior positions at Opus West Management, Cushman & Wakefield, EQ, and Hines.
Trish received her Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Certified Property Manager. In her spare time, Trish enjoys playing golf, stand up paddle boarding and travel.
