Chief Operating OfficerJohn manages the company’s day to day functions from asset acquisition to stabilization; to include deal sourcing, underwriting, diligence, construction, leasing, and asset management. Having worked in and around the food industry for eighteen years, combined with his knowledge of the industrial real estate results in a unique and very powerful skill set.
Before joining Provender Partners, John was a commercial real estate broker at Colliers International and the Western Region representative for Colliers Food Advisory Services group, where he specialized in the representation of owners and users of food related industrial properties. Areas of focus included food processing, production, packaging, distribution, and cold storage. John is known for his creativity in bringing parties together and his tenacity and commitment to getting transactions completed.
John is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business Finance and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. John is an accomplished surfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
