At Provender Partners, John manages all property facing functions from asset acquisition to stabilization; to include deal sourcing, underwriting, diligence, construction, leasing and asset management. Having worked in and around the food industry for eighteen years, combined with his knowledge of the industrial real estate landscape, John brings a well-rounded expertise to the position.
Before joining Provender Partners, John was a commercial real estate broker at Colliers International and the Western Region representative for Colliers Food Advisory Services group, where he specialized in the representation of owners and users of food related industrial properties. Areas of focus included food processing, production, packaging, distribution and cold storage. John is known for his creativity in bringing parties together and his tenacity and commitment to getting the deal done.
John is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and has more than ten years of commercial real estate experience.
